Coding/Abstracting Specialist
The main duty of this position is physician coding for Emergency Rooms and
Trauma Services. Extensive knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding guidelines.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of coding experience, preferably in ER Coding. CPC
Coding Certification is required. Candidate must have very good communication
and organizational skills, as well as basic computer skills. Must be very
attentive to detail and very accurate.

Receptionist
HRA Medical Management, Inc. is a leader in medical accounts receivable, billing,
and collections for physicians in Emergency and Trauma specialties.
This position is located at the front desk and is responsible for answering
and routing a high-volume of phone calls to the various company departments
using a multi-line phone system. Candidate will also be responsible for basic
office work such as copying, filing, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Candidate will also work on projects for the CEO and COO.
Job Requirements
Above all essential job functions, candidate must possess at least 2 years
of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist responsible for answering and routing
phone calls using a multi-line phone system. Experience working in a medical
office is a big plus. Basic computer skills are required with proficiency
using Microsoft Office. Candidate must be extremely professional in their
communication skills, demeanor, and dress in order to portray the company’s
professional image. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment, be calm under stress, and work well in a team environment. Candidate
should also be willing to learn and grow with the organization.
