including a major upgrade to their computer system, which enabled them to
quickly and easily respond to our steady stream of requests for information,”

HRA also helped improve ESMC's collections by 10 percent from their previous billing company.

Sharp Memorial Hospital, Dr. Art Gruen also services 30 hospital programs,
representing approximately 2,000 specialty physicians as President and CEO
of Emergency and Acute Care Medical Corporation and Emergency Services Medical
Corporation. He relies on HRA Medical Management for billing, reimbursement
and collections for more than 5,000 patient visits per month.
