HRA verifies all claims, either electronically or via telecommunication, to determine if the patient is eligible for insurance benefits. In addition, HRA also verifies the payer's address information to submit the claim either manually or electronically. Gathering this information in advance reduces lost time and speeds cash flow rather than waiting for a denial or returned claim because of incorrect place of submission.
