Prior to founding HRA Medical Management, Inc. (HRA), he was Vice President of Finance for a healthcare consortium of home health agencies and a medical equipment company. He also served as Vice President of Finance for a 200-bed Southern California acute care hospital and 60-bed extended care facility. He was responsible for budgeting, patient billing and collections, accounting, data processing and the management of government and third party reimbursement reporting. He is also President of his own consulting and management accounting services company, Savino & Associates. Mr. Vacchi came form a strong background in healthcare financial management, organization, operations and accounting.

Mr. Vacchi has a BS degree in Accounting and is an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA), a board member of the HBMA Pacific Region, and a strong advocate for the California (ACEP) and the Society for Hospitalist Management (SHM) chapters.
