As Manager of Human Resources, Ryan is responsible for compliance, policy and safety training to ensure HRA’s staff is proficient in enhancing their skills and are compliant with all new HIPAA and other healthcare related issues. A national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), an officer of the Comprehensive Training Systems (CTS) Advisory Council A national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), an officer of the Comprehensive Training Systems (CTS) Advisory Council, Ryan also ensures HRA is knowledgeable about all new policies, procedures and programs to increase HRA's efficiency and effectiveness for their clients.

Ryan received his Human Resources Management degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is currently attending Chapman University for his M.S. in Human Resources. Ryan achieved his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2005.
