As IT Manager, Brian Hood is responsible for providing the technical vision to compliment the business vision setting the tone and direction for the company’s technologies. He has more than 15 years of Information Technology Management experience in the Health Care Industry. Brian is responsible for all I.T. vendor relationships as well as vendor contracts. He is also is the Security Officer and works closely with Jay Packer for the HIPAA compliancy.

Brian’s main focus at HRA is to work closely with all departments to come up with solutions that allow them to streamline processes and improve quality. This has been accomplished through the design of in-house systems interfaced with commercially available products that allows HRA to accept data in just about any format, including images, and process the data electronically.

Brian also serves as a liason with the groups to provide them the reporting solutions that they need to better manage their practices.
