As Director of Business Development, Kieran Bird has two areas of responsibility
for HRA. First, he ensures all client expectations are exceeded. Second, he
is responsible for educating prospective clients regarding medical billing
efficiencies.
Kieran’s extensive healthcare business development background includes
working internationally with Physicians, Pediatricians, Cardiologists, Pharmacists,
Optometrists and Dentists. He worked with organizations as diverse as Novartis
Pharmaceuticals, Plum Creek Pharmaceuticals, College Credit Management and
PANACEA – The Healthcare Public Relations Group. He is author of a book
on small business development used by Medical Practitioners in several countries.
Kieran gained his Bachelor of Social Science in his native New Zealand. He
is a member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).
