Antonietta is the Patient Accounts Manager, managing the production of incoming
charts for various client groups and supervising the medical record assembly,
payment processing, Medicare/Medi-Cal follow-up, Scanning and private pay
collections. She handles day-to-day operations in the department, which includes
developing efficient department policies and procedures, standardizing workflow,
establishing new methods of operation and develops management tools as needed.
Antonietta is a Certified Insurance Specialist degreed from Maric College,
San Diego, CA, and is also a member of HRA’s Compliance Committee.
